Our new Accessible Villa is Casa Tranquility. This will run alongside our existing Moraira Villa (Casa Sanctuary) which was not built with accessibility as a priority.

Housekeeping Support

Our service team in Moraira is available to clean and maintain the Villa, and in the event of a problem, provide a 24/7 callout service. All our staff in Moraira are English, although we may use a variety of English speaking local contractors for specialist work.

Specialist Equipment

By having a wide range of equipment available, but not permanently fitted, our staff can alter the Villa quickly and easily, to accommodate most clients. Our aim is to do so, while maintaining a feeling of warmth and comfort, rather than the austere and bland accommodation normally offered to the less able. In this way, you will not be surrounded by hoists, commodes etc, when you don't need them.

If you do need them, they are readily available and most are free.
