Saturday, but we may be able to accommodate other days, subject to

Villa will be available for
occupation at 2pm on day of arrival, and must be be vacated by 10am on day
of departure. |
|
Specialist mobility
equipment must be requested with booking. (see "optional
equipment" button on left) Any equipment not specified will be
removed from the villa before arrival. |
|
All bed linen and towels,
including pool towels will be provided at no extra cost. |
|
Unlike many villa hires, we
include the cost of standard cleaning in the price. Where a rental
extends to more than one week, interim cleaning and changing of sheets and
towels will take place on a weekly basis. |
|
Damage Deposit payable of
£200 with final payment. This is to cover damage to the
property/contents, and the cost of any extra cleaning over and above
normal usage. This will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the hire,
once the villa has been inspected. |
|
For payment by credit card
will be subject to a 2% surcharge. There is no extra charge for
payment by debit card. |

Booking Procedure
| Contact us to confirm availability. |
| 25% of rental is payable as a booking
fee. This is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total cost of
the rental. |
| Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival |
| Where a booking is made less than 8 weeks
from arrival, the full balance is payable with the booking. |
| CANCELLATION. Up
to 8 weeks before travelling, we will refund anything paid in excess of
the 25% booking fee. After this time, no further refunds will be payable
unless we are able to re-let the property, when we will refund the sum
paid by the new hirer, less a 20% administration fee. |
| INSURANCE. We
strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation and
illness. In Spain you can visit the doctor or hospital under
reciprocal agreement with the NHS, but you must obtain a European Health
Insurance Card (EHIC) and produce when seeking treatment. However, this
only covers basic medical treatment, and you may need repatriation which
